From our first encounter with Jason we found him pleasant and credible. He was always very quick to respond to our queries. We never felt as though he was trying to coerce us into buying the property we were interested in. He simply presented it and spoke honestly and positively about it. He let us decide if it met our needs without the constant 'chatter' that we've experienced with other agents.

We decided to sell our holiday house when my wife and I both had health issues that transformed us from young people in our 70s to elderly people. We needed somebody we could entrust the whole process to, since we would have difficulty in going to the property ourselves. I asked a local restaurant owner if he had any suggestions, and he recommended Jason.
The whole process went smoothly. The house did not sell immediately, so we could safely conclude that the price was not set too low. It did however sell within a few months of putting it on the market (in an area where houses are often on the market for years). The entire process left no doubts or issues in our minds. I had expected "hassles", but there were none. I believe this was entirely due to Jason's skill as an agent (in spite of the fact, or just maybe because of the fact, that he is relatively new to the business).
